Our Director Mr. Rajiv Panwar started our Nasha Mukti Kendra Dehradun in 2013 after seeing the suffering and despair in the areas of dehradun and uttarakhand due to the drug addiction and bad conditions of rehab centre in the area with no proper care and treatment of different types of addictions and mental health disorders. I clearly remember a person who came to our Nasha Mutki kendra from Rajpur Road after regular using of prescription pills for the last 4 years, his story made me emotional about the other rehab centres treatment, where he felt like a prisoner in a cell and was given punishments to made him afraid of doing the drugs again though nothing changed and he started taking heroine again as he came out of the rehab centre.
